Five Things Friday March 6, 2020
I can’t believe it’s March already! We’ve had a mild winter here in SouthWest Montana (although I’m sure I just jinxed us) and it feels like Spring already!
Speaking of spring, don’t forget to spring forward one hour this Sunday!
Now, here’s a recap of my week:
1. Something that made me happy this week.
A lunch date with a friend I hadn’t hung out with one-on-one with in ten years!
2. Something I’m reading this week.
This week I finished Ella Minnow Pea by Mark Dunn and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s a unique concept executed extremely well. It’s a collection of letters that tell the story of a community of people living on a fictional island off the coast of South Carolina. It was slow to start and I wasn’t sure I’d stick with it. Then the action started, and I couldn’t stop reading!
3. Something I did offline this week.
I was at the vet with my little dog, twice again this week. Thankfully he finally seems to be feeling better.
4. Photo of the week.
Tinsley (little dog) gets his pills in canned food, and no matter how discreet I try to be, all the other pets figure it out and come around wanting some too.
5. Something I’m looking forward to next week.
Not having to take my dog to the vet (fingers crossed)! I’m also looking forward to Daylight Savings Time and longer days.
Tell me a thing or two that made you happy this week!
