Five Things Friday November 13, 2020

Hello and welcome to another Five Things Friday. Here’s hoping we all make through this day in one piece!

Something that made me happy this week.

I saw my friend Jess for the first time since December! A friend of hers is moving and had a bunch of books to get rid of, so I said I’d take them. It turned out to be a bit more than I was expecting but I know of ways to put them all to good use!

Something I read this week.

I finished Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey. I had bought the physical copy when it first came out, then a friend gifted me the audio book so I was able to listen to his voice, which fabulous! I don’t think either format would do the book justice alone. I highly recommend it for anyone who is a fan of his!

Something I did offline this week.

I’m almost half way through Yoga With Adriene‘s 30 Day Home Challenge. It’s been a great addition to my morning routine and has inspired me to do a daily writing session before yoga.

Something I’m grateful this week.

Friends and family checking in on me because they knew I was anxious about my husband being away for so long.

Something I’m looking forward to.

My husband coming home from his hunting trip tomorrow.
